Amilia works as a florist (and has since started her own floral business!) and she wanted her senior pictures to capture a romantic, storybook aesthetic. I knew that flowers definitely needed to be involved in her shoot and her baby’s breath bouquet provided the perfect simple, soft, and feminine vibe.
She brought a couple of wardrobe options to her session and we decided on a lovely flowy green dress that could show off some movement paired with some cute sporty white sneakers.
Amilia showed me some inspo pics that featured sunsets, fields, forests, and poses with movement. Seattle’s Discovery Park provided the perfect backdrop with its open grassy fields, trees, and bluffs that overlook the water. We shot all the way through the gorgeous golden hour light, which reflected beautifully off the water in the background.
Amilia was genuinely such a delight to shoot with, and we had so much fun bouncing ideas off each other! I couldn’t believe how quickly the time passed.
