About Me
I started learning photography from my dad, Ziggy, when I was about 12 years old. He taught me on his old 35mm film cameras, a Canon AE-1 and a Yashica FX-D. I started working with him helping with weddings and portrait sessions, holding lights and reflectors, lugging equipment, and learning all of the tricks of the trade. Soon enough, I was working as a second shooter and by high school age, I was leading my own shoots. I got to transition through all of the major technological changes of photography - starting with film, transitioning to dSLRs, and now mirrorless. And now that film is trendy again, I get to pick up the first cameras I started with!
